Online Registration

We highly suggest using online registration as soon as it opens. Certain weeks are so popular they will be fully booked quickly.

All enrollments are on a first-come, first-served basis.

When registering for the $410 one-week sessions, a registration deposit (US Funds Only) of $205 is required.

When registering for the $875 two-week session, a registration deposit (US Funds Only) of $440 is required.

Camp fills fast! Camp Downer now uses online registration.

Online registration will begin at 1PM EST on March 4th, 2017. A credit card will be required for the deposit for your registration deposit.

If your child attended Camp Downer during the 2014, 2015 or 2016 camping seasons or you’ve requested to be added to our mailing list please visit https://campdowner.campbrainregistration.com to activate your online account now in preparation for registration March 4th 2017!

You can do this any time between now and March 3, 2017.

step 1: Visit https://campdowner.campbrainregistration.com

step 2: Select the Password Reset option under the Password box. This will allow you access to all the current information Camp Downer has on your family and household from the previous season/s.

step 3: Enter the account email to confirm the account

step 4: Check your email and follow the instructions to access your account

step 5: Click Manage People and Household Information to update your contact information and your child/ren’s information so you are ready to register.

On March 4, 2017 at 1:00 pm EST

step 6 : Log into your Camp Downer account and click Begin Your Summer 2017 Application! Follow the on screen prompts and check your registration carefully before submitting. Camp will be accepting VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for deposit charges.

Please note changes and cancellations of registration cannot be made online.

Camp fills fast so don’t wait, you will be able to log into the site at any time to review information but we encourage you to do so before registration opens to ensure the speediest registration possible!

If you would like to be added to our mailing list, please send an email to our registrar. Be assured that we are looking at the emails and you should receive confirmation within a few days.

If your camper has been placed on a wait list, please note that we have no idea if anyone on the wait list will eventually be able to participate in the requested week. Most times, there are very few, if any, cancellations. Selection of another open week is strongly encouraged. If a slot has opened, the registrar will contact the first person on the wait list. Please refrain from contacting the registrar to check on the status of the wait list.

After your first change to a confirmed registration, each additional change will require the payment of a $25 change fee.
