PACKING LIST
Please write your name clearly on each item. Camp Downer is not responsible for any items that are lost,
damaged or left at camp. Please note that the following items are NOT ALLOWED at Camp Downer:
aerosol cans, knives of any kind, electronic devices of any kind including cell phone and hand-held
games.
Please bring the following:
- Prescription medication – must be in the original container from the pharmacy and submitted to the Nurse upon arrival at Camp Downer.
- Bath towel & wash cloth
- Personal hygiene (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, sunscreen, bug spray, etc…)
- Warm sleeping bag
- Extra blanket and stuffed animal if desired
- Pillow and pillowcase
- Twin fitted sheet to cover the mattress
- Raincoat – a must!
- 2 pairs of sneakers or shoes
- Boots (hiking or mud)
- Pants (at least 3 pairs)
- Shorts
- Shirts (long & short sleeves)
- Socks (extra – 2 pair per day may be needed)
- Undergarments
- Bathing suit & large pool towel
- Plastic bag for wet items
- Laundry bag
- Pen/pencil & writing paper
- Self addressed & stamped envelopes
- Flashlight
- Hat
- Water bottle clearly marked with camper name
- Have you logged into CampBrain and completed all your necessary registration paperwork
and paid your balance? Please remember to do this 2 weeks prior to your check-in date.
